review: neutrogena wave

Now I had purchased this earlier this summer, and when I first started using it I loved it. Maybe 3 weeks later I felt like my skin wasn't clean! Then I started using toner. As I would use the toner and wipe my face off there was just so much makeup residue still on my face.  To me it just seems like it look off some of the makeup it seems like it smeared the rest. Over all I would give this product 3 out of 5. Remember though if your going to use it and your skin breaks out easy or just in general use a toner, a moisturizer, etc...
